Name | : | Internal Marketing and its Effect on Intention to Stay: Mediating Role of Happiness and Affective Commitment |
Author | : | Simran Kaur, Mandeep Kaur |
Abstract | : |
The focus of this research is to investigate the impact of Internal Marketing (IM) dimensions,
i.e., Internal Marketing Research, Training, and Internal Communication, on employees'
intentions to stay with the private banking sector in Punjab. It also investigates the functions
of happiness and affective commitment as mediators in this connection. Data comprises of
644 frontline employees employed in top five banks of India taken from 5 cities of Punjab.
The study discovers that Internal Communication has an insignificant association with
affective commitment, implying that good communication alone may not be sufficient to
establish emotional links among employees and their organisations. Similarly, Internal
Marketing Research has an insignificant impact on workers' intention to stay, demonstrating
that research-driven IM may not have a substantial impact on their commitment to the
organisation on its own.Furthermore, the study's mediation analysis shows that affective
commitment functions as a mediator between Internal Marketing Research and intention to
stay. In addition, happiness is a mediator between all internal marketing dimensions and
employees’ intention to stay, emphasising the importance of employee well-being in their
decision to stay with their organisations. This study provides useful information for
organisations looking to improve employee retention tactics by cultivating both
affective commitment and employee happiness.

Author | : | Dr. Shantanu Shekhar,Kumaresan Chandrasekaran,Dr. Simi Simon,Joshy Mathew |
Abstract | : |
Blockchain Technology (BCT) has revolutionized how records are kept, transactions are carried
out, and trust is built in decentralized networks, which has sparked a lot of interest across a wide range
of industries. Blockchain was the realization that Bitcoin's underlying technology could be used for
other inter-organizational activities. Blockchain can completely transform several facts in education by
providing solutions to numerous problems. Blockchain technology offers a distributed, transparent, and
immutable distributed ledger system for stakeholders, and students. These attributes offer significant
opportunities for safe archiving, verification, and sharing of credentials and academic data. This
research investigates the transformative potential of blockchain in the educational sector, emphasizing
its ability to address key challenges such as credential verification, data privacy, transparency, and
student record management. Through a comprehensive State-of-the-art (SotA) literature review, the
study explores existing blockchain applications and frameworks within educational institutions. It
identifies current trends, technological hurdles, and implementation barriers, while highlighting the
opportunities blockchain presents for enhancing academic processes, improving administrative
efficiency, and ensuring secure and immutable credentials. The findings suggest that while blockchain
presents innovative solutions for the sector, widespread adoption will require overcoming regulatory,
technical, and scalability challenges. This research will contribute to the growing body of knowledge on
blockchain in education and provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and technology
developers to explore its potential in transforming educational systems worldwide.

Name | : | Financial Management in Small Business: Case Studies |
Author | : | Lidiia Kostyrko,Tatyana Solomatina,Olha Hudyma,Iryna Zhuravlova,Olena Hurina, |
Abstract | : |
This study examines the financial management practices of small businesses in Ukraine,
emphasizing their impact on revenue growth and financial stability. Using a mixed-methods
approach, data were collected from 100 small business representatives through structured
surveys and semi-structured interviews, supplemented by publicly available financial statistics.
Regression analysis and Likert-scale modelling identified key drivers of financial performance,
including cash flow stability, financial risk management, and adopting financial technologies.
The study’s originality lies in developing the Financial Management Optimization Framework, a
structured decision-making model that enables small businesses to enhance financial planning,
optimize resource allocation, and mitigate risks effectively. Unlike previous studies that focus
broadly on financial management challenges, this research provides a data-driven, actionable
approach tailored to the dynamic economic conditions of Ukraine. The framework integrates
automated cash flow tracking, AI-driven financial analytics, and structured budgeting techniques
such as zero-based budgeting (ZBB) and scenario-based financial planning to improve financial
resilience. From a practical perspective, the findings highlight the transformative role of financial
technology in overcoming structural financial barriers. Businesses implementing digital financial
tools and structured financial planning demonstrate increased financial efficiency and reduced
vulnerability to market fluctuations. However, limited access to affordable credit, outdated
accounting practices, and insufficient financial literacy continue to hinder small business growth.
The study recommends targeted policy interventions to address these issues, including
government-backed financial education programs, technology adoption incentives, and improved
access to risk management instruments. These insights offer valuable guidance for small
business owners, financial institutions, and policymakers seeking to enhance financial
management effectiveness in volatile economic environments. Future research should explore
sector-specific financial challenges and the long-term impact of financial innovations on small
business sustainability.

Name | : | Cost Efficiency to Scenario Planning: Exploring Generative AI Application for Small Businesses in the Age of 5.0 |
Author | : | Pooja Darda,Shailesh Pandey,Sharad Chaturvedi |
Abstract | : |
The purpose of the study is to investigate how small businesses can employ strategic
applications of generative AI to leverage potential for scenario analysis and for planning in the
midst of Industry 5.0 disruptions. Although Industry 5.0 disruptions are becoming increasingly
important for small businesses, research on the strategic applications of generative AI in these
organization’s is largely lacking. While existing studies especially reveal the disruptive potential
of AI for various industries, they do not discuss the implications for small businesses and their
unique conditions and possibilities. Additionally, we find very less literature that focuses on the
strategic application of AI for small businesses such as planning, scenario analysis and risk
management during Industry 5.0 disruptions. The three main research objectives of the research
are: RO1: Explore how generative AI could be adopted in small business with a focus on
Industry 5.0 disruptions to achieve the strategic business objectives of cost-cutting and labor
cost-effectiveness. RO2: To identify the underlying and emerging themes when businesses use
generative AI to offer personalized recommendations, perform scenario planning and minimize
organizational risks. RO3: How should small businesses navigate the challenges and
opportunities inherent in the use of generative AI. It adopts a netnographic research methodology
using qualitative data extracted from blogs and YouTube channels to identify themes and sub-
themes . Data analysis follows the Braun and Clarke six-step thematic analysis in order to
produce the assigned themes. Four main interdependent themes characterize the effective tactical
uses of generative AI for SMEs coping with the disruptions of Industry 5.0: cost efficiency,
personalized recommendations, scenario analysis, and risk management.
