Abstract | : |
Determining opposing strengths and weaknesses in implementing microenterprises law can help in culling both significant advantages “tagged as best practices” and its disturbing weaknesses to be identified for better implementation and quality services to microenterprises. Author | : | Vedat Ulusoy,Salim Akyürek,Nesrin M. Bahcelerli |
Abstract | : |
The rapid increase in the number of banks providing services in the financial sector has led to an increase in the existing competition. The ability of banks offering financial services to survive and become profitable in these highly competitive times rests on their capacity to hold on to both new and, more importantly, current clients. Creating a devoted consumer base is the best method to do this. This study looked into the connection between customer satisfaction and business image—two major variables that influence customer loyalty—and customer loyalty. Furthermore, research has examined the potential mediating role that consumer pleasure may have between brand loyalty and image.196 bank clients who live in Istanbul's Şile neighborhood provided research data via e-surveys and questionnaires. The statistical analysis tools SSPS and SmartPLS were utilized to examine the collected data. The study's findings indicate that customer satisfaction has a positive mediation effect between corporate image and customer loyalty, and that corporate brand image has a large and

The SME government support index, access to credit scores, and tax incentives for SMEs emerge as the most substantial positive determinants of SME growth, highlighting the importance of state intervention and financial inclusion. Name | : | Exploring the Mediating Role of Organizational Justice (OJ) in the Relationship between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Job Performance Among Primary Healthcare Employees |
Author | : | Gugulothu Sravanthi,Dr.K.Sreekanth,Dr. R.Seethalakshmi |
Abstract | : |
This research explores the “Mediating Role of Organizational Justice in the Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Job Performance Among Primary Health Care Employees.” Combining Affective Events Theory (AET) and Social Exchange Theory (SET), the study investigates how views of justice:distributive (DJ), procedural (PJ), and interactional justice (IJ)mediate the effect of EI on JP. EI, OJ, and JP were measured using established measures in a self-administered survey. Results show that EI, via OJ, both directly and indirectly modulates JP. Organizational Justice was explicitly shown to moderate the EI-EJP link considerably. The underlying results show the need to develop emotional intelligence and guarantee organizational justice to improve employee performance in demanding healthcare surroundings. Practical consequences include encouraging fair corporate policies and EI training programs to maximize staff results.

Name | : | Consumer Behavior in Social Media and Its Impact on E-Commerce in Ukraine |
Author | : | Olha Semenda,Olena Korovina,Olena Parfentieva,Roman Bazaka,Oksana Berezivska |
Abstract | : |
This study examines the interplay between social media-driven consumer behavior and e-commerce growth in Ukraine, addressing gaps in understanding how platform-specific strategies, trust dynamics, and digital risks shape purchasing decisions. Focusing on Ukraine’s evolving digital economy (2022 – 2023), the research adopts a mixed-methods case study approach to analyze five businesses: Must Have (Instagram), White Mandarin (TikTok), Local Artisans (Facebook Marketplace), Monobank (YouTube/Instagram), and Kasta (Telegram chatbots). Quantitative data from 12 months of engagement metrics (likes, shares, conversions) and sales figures were triangulated with qualitative insights from 15 marketer interviews and a survey of 200 Ukrainian consumers. Results revealed TikTok’s dominance in engagement-driven sales (45% growth for White Mandarin via viral challenges), Instagram’s reliance on micro-influencers and user-generated content (35% sales increase for MustHave), and Facebook Marketplace’s utility for local transactions (25% sales growth for OLX Ukraine) despite lower trust scores (3.8/5). Regression analysis identified trust and engagement rates as key sales predictors, aligning with Social Influence Theory and Consumer Decision-Making frameworks. Recommendations for Ukrainian businesses include prioritizing nano-influencers for localized credibility, integrating shoppable AR features on TikTok, and adopting Facebook’s “Trusted Seller” badges to mitigate rural trust deficits. Policymakers should expand Diia City’s digital literacy programs to include social commerce training and enforce transparent influencer disclosure laws. The study underscores the need for crisis-responsive strategies, such as chatbot optimization for low-bandwidth environments,

Name | : | Sentiment Analysis of Public Opinion on a Tribal Presidential Candidate in the 2022 Indian Presidential Election |
Author | : | Dr. Vishal Kumar Singh,Dr. Pravin Chandra Singh,Divya Singh,Aditya Keshari,Prof. Amit Gautam |
Abstract | : |
For the 2022 Indian presidential election, this study proposes a way to monitor public sentiment on the microblogging site X (Twitter) in real time. X (Twitter) has grown in popularity as a means for individuals to express their opinions about political parties and politicians. An unusual opportunity to evaluate the correlation between expressed public sentiment and election outcomes arises whenever there is a spike in X (Twitter) activity in response to breaking news or other breaking events. Furthermore, sentiment analysis can assist in determining how these events effect public perception. While typical content analysis can take days or weeks, the technology described here analyses sentiment in all election-related X (Twitter) traffic, presenting data quickly and constantly.
