Author : Abdulvali Syed,Dr. M Kishore Babu,Dr. Pradeep G Hegde
Abstract :
Unemployability of engineers in manufacturing is mainly due to the massification of education and is a larger problem to solve than unemployment to make India a developed country. Most of the unemployable engineers are produced by privately financed institutes and especially located in the rural areas. It's found that private engineering institutes in India are nearly 3,000 and have an annual intake capacity of one million undergrad engineering seats with an average enrollment of 50% capacity. All these institutes are approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)but only few accredited by National Board of accreditation (NBA) for quality. These institutes are classified as Tier 3 institutes and the subject matter in this paper. The average annual campus placements in Tier 3 institutes are around 100,000 and the remaining 400,000are a mix of unemployed, unemployable and dropped out students.

Name : The Role of Corporate Social Responsibility in Green Branding Strategies: Impact on Consumer Preferences and Business Efficiency
Author : Yuliia Pinchuk
Abstract :
Despite increasing pressure on Ukrainian businesses to adopt sustainable practices aligned with European Union standards, empirical evidence on the causal economic impact of CSR-driven green branding remains scarce. This experimental study (Ukraine, 2024) investigated how corporate social responsibility (CSR) integrated into green branding strategies influences consumer preferences and perceived business efficiency. Using a between-subjects design, 512 nationally representative Ukrainian consumers were randomly exposed to either experimental stimuli featuring CSR initiatives (eco-packaging, carbon neutrality commitments, community environmental projects) or control stimuli with standard branding. Key metrics included brand attitude, trust, purchase intention, willingness-to-pay, perceived sales potential, operational efficiency, and CSR authenticity perceptions. Results demonstrated that CSR-green branding generated statistically significant advantages: consumer preferences increased by 38.3% in brand trust, 46.7% in purchase intention, and a 19.5% willingness-to-pay premium. Perceptions of economic efficiency rose by 35% for sales potential and 36.8% for operational efficiency, with a 7.3 percentage-point increase in projected market share. Crucially, CSR authenticity mediated 65-68% of the effect on purchasing behavior, and high-income consumers exhibited disproportionately stronger willingness-to-pay premiums.

Abstract :
Introduction: Public health surveillance systems are essential for monitoring health trends, identifying threats, and enabling timely interventions. In Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Health's surveillance system faces challenges that impact its efficiency and effectiveness. Aims: This study aims to evaluate the efficiency of the public health surveillance system, specifically focusing on data collection methodologies, the obstacles encountered in information gathering, and the resource challenges involved. The study also seeks to identify the relationships between various data collection methods and the challenges faced. Methods: The study utilized frequency analysis and chi-square tests to analyze the data collected through public health surveillance mechanisms. The data included responses regarding the methods of information collection, obstacles faced, software used, and adequacy of training and resources. Results: The findings indicate a statistically significant association between data collection methods and obstacles encountered. Specifically, monthly reports were associated with a higher frequency of obstacles compared to other methods, such as quarterly reporting. Key issues identified include administrative burdens, inadequate training, and limited use of sophisticated software tools. Approximately 66.7% of the expected counts in the chi-square analysis were less than 5, indicating potential limitations in data reliability. Conclusion: The evaluation of the public health surveillance system reveals significant barriers related to data collection methods and resource allocation. To enhance the system's efficiency, policy interventions are recommended, including optimizing data collection schedules, enhancing training programs, and improving the allocation of resources and tools.

Name : The Role of Digitalization in Development of Regional Economic Systems in the Technoglobalism Context
Author : Serhii Arefiev,Veronika Khudolei,Serhii Ivantsov,Iryna Porsiurova,Oleksandr Petrenko
Abstract :
Modern conditions for development of socio-economic systems of any level cannot be imagined without digitalization. Digital technologies play an important role in competitiveness of regional economic systems (RES), improving quality of life of the population. At the same time, the trend of technoglobalism is increasingly failing at the global level, opening up new opportunities for development for regions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles of the digitalization role in development of RES in the technoglobalism context using the systemic approach. In the article, the methodological approach to assessing the digitalization role in the development of RES in the technoglobalism context is proposed. This approach involves calculating the integral development index of RES in the conditions of technoglobalism by multiplicative convolution, which consists of five subindices, calculated by nineteen indices and representing a system of tuples. Calculation of subindices using the weighted geometric mean taking into account the weights of pairwise numerical comparisons of the corresponding rows of the matrix.

Name : Gender Bias in Corporate Leadership- A Study of Selected Pharmaceutical Industry of Gujarat
Author : Indu Jalali,Dr. Atul Mishra
Abstract :
The term gender bias is typically used to describe the differential treatment or evaluation of persons depending on gender, rather than actual ability, credentials or performance, in a particular work place environment. The problem, however, is historically and culturally embedded, operating terms that sustain assumptions about what men and women can or cannot do in business contexts. One is that women are more emotionally and caring than men traits; traits that are assumed to be not contained in leaders. On the other side, qualities of man are linked with contingent characteristics like being aggressive or domineering, which have to do with power and authority.

Name : The Impact of Government-Subsidized Training on Organizational Performance: An Efficiency Analysis Using DEA and the TTQS Evaluation System
Author : Wen-Sheng Tan,Nai-Chieh Wei,Chung-Yuan Dye
Abstract :
This study investigates whether enterprise participation in Taiwan’s government-subsidized “Enterprise Human Resources Enhancement Program” (EHREP) enhances organizational performance. Focusing on firms that participated in both 2023 and 2024, data were collected from the official system maintained by the Workforce Development Agency. A total of 66 enterprises were analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), with input variables including total training subsidy, hours, and sessions, and output variables comprising average annual profit per employee and the number of professional certifications obtained. Findings reveal that the average technical efficiency was only 0.239, indicating a widespread inability to fully translate training investment into measurable outcomes. Enterprises with TTQS ratings of Bronze or above exhibited significantly higher efficiency, particularly within the service sector. Multiple regression analysis showed that while total training hours and subsidy amount had moderate predictive power for certification outcomes, they did not significantly influence profitability.

Name : Musipreneurship in Transition: A Review of Drivers, Challenges, and Emerging Trends in the Music Industry
Author : Ayush Sabat,Prof. Kushendra Mishra
Abstract :
This review paper explores the transformative phenomenon of musipreneurship, which occurs at the intersection of music creation and entrepreneurial innovation, to critically evaluate the changing dynamics in the global music industry. Based on an extensive review of secondary data and recent theoretical debates, the research investigates the key factors driving this change, including digitalization, shifts in consumer behaviour, and the decentralization of music creation and distribution. It also looks at structural and functional barriers that the musipreneurs face, such as revenue imbalances, algorithmic gatekeeping, psychological fatigue, system inequities due to gender and race. Other emerging trends that emerge in the review and are put into perspective include incorporating blockchain technologies, using artificial intelligence, and new input modes of participatory platform governance. With this synthesis, the paper provides more nuanced evidence on what musipreneurship means as an opportunity within the context of cultural work, creative independence, and sustainable career strategies in contemporary music economics, contributing to the broader discussion of innovative entrepreneurship and digitalized cultural production.
