| Name | : | Predicting Green Purchase Intention: The Role of Eco-Friendly Packaging and Perceived Consumer Effectiveness with Price Sensitivity as a Moderator |
| Author | : | Dr. Parveen Singh Kalsi,Dr. Manpreet Kaur |
| Abstract | : |
Despite increased environmental awareness, consumer purchase
tendencies for eco-friendly products remains limited, mainly in pricesensitive markets. This study investigates how eco-friendly packaging
(EFP) and perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE) influences green
purchase intentions (GPI) with prominence on the moderation scope of
price sensitivity. A cross-sectional survey from the Doaba region of
Punjab was utilised and data collected from 279 respondents was
analysed using PLS-SEM. Findings deduced that EFP and PCE yielded
favourable influence on GPI. However, price sensitivity significantly
moderated these relationships negatively. The study presented
suggestions for marketers and businesses to cultivate perceived
consumer effectiveness among customers with suitable implementation
of value-driven pricing strategies and expand the accessibility and
comprehensiveness of eco-labelled products, thus favourably
generating the pro-environmental purchase intentions and expediting its
transition to actual sustainable consumption.

| Abstract | : |
Footwear that traditionally treated as a utility item has emerged as an
important component of a person's attire. The demand for footwear is
projected to be very high (estimated over 10 percent) for several years to
come with convenient and cozy footwear contributing to this rise in a big
way [2]. The study focused on identifying the main factors that drive
footwear purchase among students. Based on a pilot study, a structured
questionnaire for prepared and used for collecting data on various
factors that enhance propensity to purchase a pair of footwear. A total of
ninety-four responses was received based on purposive sampling, and
subjected to statistical analysis. Factor analysis was carried out to
ascertain the existence of underlying factors. The data collected was
coded using one hot encoding and put through a machine learning model
based on 'relu' activation function, 'adam' optimizer with 'mean square
error' being used as the loss function. The data was run for fifty thousand
epochs. The key factors that explain about 70 percent variation in annual
spend are: (i) Number of pairs owned presently; (ii) Frequency of
purchase; (iii) Number of cars at home (as an indication of the economic
status of the person); (iv) Reasonable price (includes discounts, sale
etc.), and (v) Frequency of social events a person attends.

| Author | : | Chirag Kevadia |
| Abstract | : |
The implementation of fiber-reinforced rebar (FRR) within slab
construction integrates a new promising development in the domain of
civil engineering and construction management. Increased demand for
durable and sustainable structures comes at the cost of traditional steel
reinforcement as it is prone to corrosion, requires a lot of manpower to
install, and does not crack resist very well. This paper aims to analyze the
advantages provided by fiber reinforced rebar, particularly in relation to
improving slab strength and stiffness, reducing project duration, as well
as diminishing long-term structural damage. This research intends to put
forward fiber reinforced rebar for slab construction optimization
through a broad evaluation of experimental studies, recent
advancements, and innovative comparison frameworks. Fiberreinforced rebar (FRR)-composed of glass, basalt, or carbon fibersembodies a noteworthy shift in contemporary concrete practice toward
materials that promise greater efficiency and longevity. Engineers
appreciate these bars for their immunity to corrosion, reduced mass, and
superior tensile properties, traits that prove essential in waterfront
projects, chemical-processing plants, or any zone prone to moisture and
salts.

| Author | : | Veronica Grosu,Cristina Gabriela Cosmulese,Anamaria Geanina Macovei,Olha Popelo,Artur Zhavoronok |
| Abstract | : |
The aim of this paper is to identify the channels through which
institutional and fiscal factors influence the size of the informal
economy (IE) and, indirectly, economic development and social equity.
Thus, using official data provided by Eurostat, the World Bank Group
and the OECD, the structural relationships between corruption, the
shadow economy (SE) and tax evasion (TE) are investigated in ten
European countries - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, France,
Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and Romania - over the period
2020–2024. The analysis focuses on the impact of key macroeconomic
determinants, including GDP per capita, inflation rate and GINI index,
highlighting the mechanisms through which corruption and TE spread
in national economic structures. The results reveal positive and
significant relationship between corruption and the UE, as well as the
decisive influence of GDP and the perceived corruption level on TE.
The findings provide valuable comparative insights and can inform
public policies aimed at reducing fiscal vulnerabilities and
strengthening economic governance. The main contribution of the study
is the development of an integrated analytical framework for assessing
the determinants of the IE in the European context.

| Name | : | The Impact of Recommendation Content Homogenization on Users' Algorithm Resistance Behavior: A Dual-Path Study Based on Emotion and Cognition |
| Author | : | Lexuan Xu |
| Abstract | : |
Leveraging recommendation algorithms enables applications to deliver
content with high precision, but simultaneously fosters content
homogenization, which amplifies users' algorithmic resistance
behaviors. However, the existing literature has not yet revealed the
underlying mechanisms in depth. Drawing on the conservation of
resources (COR) theory, this study examines how recommendation
content homogenization affects users' algorithmic resistance behavior
through specific psychological mechanisms. Findings from 323 Chinese
college students reviewed that recommendation content
homogenization significantly and positively affects users' algorithm
resistance behavior. It was also found that fatigue experience and
knowledge anxiety both act as significant mediators, with the mediating
effect of knowledge anxiety notably greater than that of fatigue
experience. Furthermore, user's algorithm literacy significantly and
negatively moderates the impact of recommendation content
homogenization on fatigue experience and knowledge anxiety,
respectively. By integrating emotional and cognitive perspectives, this
study provides new insights into the underlying mechanisms between
algorithmic content homogeneity and algorithm resistance behavior.
The research findings have unraveled the theoretical “black box”
between recommendation content homogenization and algorithm
resistance behaviors, thereby holding practical reference value for the
development and improvement of mobile recommendation systems.

| Name | : | From Support to Success: How Organizational Support Enhances Work Behavior and Drives Job Satisfaction |
| Author | : | Jie-Shin Lin |
| Abstract | : |
The work environment affects workers' feelings and attitudes and it
might influence the performance at work too. The reason behind this can
be the gradual rise of humanism to be prevalent in the field of
organizational behavior. In addition to aspects about employees' job
satisfaction, factors such as feelings, attitudes, and well-being of
employees' behaviors were also explored. The emergence of
occupational health psychology promoted a healthy work environment
for workers where they can maintain their physical and mental health as
well as show excellent job satisfaction. The current study was conducted
with high-tech industry in Taiwan. Under the scope of this study a total of
400 copies of questionnaire were distributed according to random
sampling. Of the 400 copies, 335 valid questionnaires were retrieved,
with a retrieval rate of 84%. The data from the questionnaire were
analyzed using statistical software. The research results showed that
high-tech industry' work behavior improved along with the perceived
organizational support. The positive events experienced in workplaces
(e.g., feeling care and support from the organization) promoted
employees' work behavior and performance. High-tech industry with
perceived organizational support, who show high emotional attachment
to the organization, devoted themselves to the organization with better
performance and supported the organization. The current study is

| Name | : | Investigating the Role of Personalized Feedback from Smart Wearable Devices—Leveraging Individual Psychological Dimension |
| Author | : | Tin-Chang Chang,Chin-Chan Wu |
| Abstract | : |
This study centers on how smart wearable devices influence
individuals who engage in physical activity, with a focus on the
moderating effects of social interaction and psychological factors. First,
analyses of variance revealed that people who use smart wearables
perform significantly better in health-related behaviors compared to
non-users. The study examines the dimension of social interaction,
divided into “social connectedness” and “social assurance.” Both factors
are shown to moderate the relationship between device usage and health
behaviors. In other words, individuals who feel stronger social
connectedness or assurance are more likely to see better health outcomes
from wearing these devices. Finally, regarding psychological factors,
the study focuses on “personal capability” and “acceptance of self and
life.” Again, both sub-dimensions significantly moderate the effect of
wearable device use on health behaviors. Individuals with higher levels
of personal capability and self-acceptance experience greater
improvements—indicating that self-efficacy, optimism, and a growth
mindset can magnify the advantages offered by technological feedback.
Overall, this research confirms that smart wearables do hold substantial
potential for promoting healthier behaviors. Yet, their effectiveness
depends on a holistic ecosystem that combines social support (social
interaction) and individual psychological strength (personal capability
and self-acceptance). For future research, longer-term longitudinal
studies or mixed-methods approaches are recommended to examine
how cultural contexts and various psychological or social conditions
influence both the continued use of wearables and the resulting
outcomes.

| Name | : | Effect of Behavioural Biases on Investment Decisions of Individual Investors: An Empirical Study |
| Author | : | Dr. Amiya Kumar Mohapatra,Dr. Debasis Mohanty,Dr. Kompalli Sasi Kumar ,Dr. Subhasish Das |
| Abstract | : |
The study aims to explore the influence of behavioural biases on
investors' investment decisions in Indian states like Chhattisgarh and
Odisha. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used as a tool in this
study to evaluate the impact of various behavioural biases like
'optimism', 'overconfidence', 'disposition', 'herding', and 'anchoring' on
the decisions of individual investors. Data of individual investors is
obtained through a structured questionnaire based on survey-based
research design. A total of 200 sample data is considered for the study
after due scrutiny. The result revealed that optimism, herding, and
anchoring biases positively influence investors' investment decisions,
with beta values of 0.37, 0.05, and 0.73 respectively. However, it is
found that 'overconfidence' and 'disposition' biases have negative effects
on investors' investment decisions. The findings of this study will enable
investors to make more rational and informed investment decisions by
recognizing, anticipating, and mitigating the influence of behavioural
biases and their consequential effects on investment outcomes. It will
also be helpful to the policymakers to identify the anomalies in the
financial market and will develop the appropriate strategies to
overcome/eliminate their adverse effects.
