| Name | : | Transforming Traditional Investment Practices: Adoption of AI Tools by Banks in Nepal |
| Author | : | Abdul Rahman,Binay Shrestha,Sanjay Shrestha |
| Abstract | : |
This research looks at how the use of artificial intelligence (AI)
technologies is changing the way people invest in Nepal's commercial
banking industry. There is not much real-world evidence of how banks in
developing countries like Nepal use and profit from AI-driven
investment strategies, even though this is a growing trend throughout the
world. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, which means it uses
both structured questionnaires given to investment teams and semistructured interviews with senior investment managers and technology
officers from five major commercial banks: Nabil Bank Limited, Nepal
Investment Mega Bank Limited, Global IME Bank Limited, NIC Asia
Bank Limited, and Himalayan Bank Limited. The research is based on
secondary data from yearly reports and regulatory papers. The results
show that AI technologies are being used more and more in portfolio
optimization, risk assessment, and market forecasting, which makes
decisions more data-driven and efficient. However, widespread use is
hindered by problems including unclear regulations, a lack of
technological know-how, and the need to work with older systems. This
study adds to the body of research by showing how AI is changing
investment strategies in Nepalese banks and giving policymakers and
industry executives who want to move the financial sector forward in
terms of digital transformation useful information.

| Abstract | : |
Background
Mental health results in high-stress organizational environments for
security services personnel who work in military roles and paramilitary
units and cyber-defense positions and correctional sectors. Digital
transformation increases operational efficiency yet produces
technostress and role ambiguity and cognitive overload.
Method
The literature review synthesized research between 2015 and 2025
through automated and manual academic database searches that
followed PRISMA2020 flowchart methodology. The research analyzed
multiple eligible studies about technostress and job complexity effects
on mental health in security service personnel.
Results
The findings demonstrate that technology serves a dual purpose to
enhance situational awareness and decision-making but simultaneously
creates burnout through techno-overload techno-invasion and technouncertainty. Poor supervisory support and excessive administrative
duties create additional stressors which intensify the existing
organizational strain. The protective factors for stress reduction include
adaptive leadership alongside positive digital climates together with job
control and individual resources consisting of autonomy and optimism
and self-efficacy

| Name | : | How Important is Immunity? Using Goal Directed Behaviour in understanding Healthy Food Consumption |
| Author | : | Dr. Rekha Attri,Sharad Chaturvedi |
| Abstract | : |
The food cultivated without using chemical pesticides, herbicides or
synthetic fertilizers and using renewable resources in order to conserve
the soil and water quality for future generations are generally referred to
as organic foods (Sobhanifard, 2018; Rahman & Noor, 2016) . Despite
increased awareness of the benefits of healthy eating, the proportion of
inorganic or conventional food in global food consumption basket is
very high (Gupta and Ogden, 2009). Despite producing and exporting
organic foods, the internal consumption of organic food in Asian
countries has been reported to be extremely low as compared to the
global trends (Mottalib et al., 2018; Hasimu et al., 2017). However, the
ill effects and diseases caused by pesticides, non-organic fertilizers have
prompted the consumers to look for safer and healthier food options (de
Oliveira et al., 2014). Owing to their health-related claims, the
superfoods (both organic and functional foods) are much emphasized
and talked about in the food industry (Hosni et al., 2017). Based on their
nutritional characteristics, food products characterized as 'light food'
(low in salt, sugar and fat), 'enriched food' (Omega -3, -6, fiber),
preservative free food and food supplements have caught the attention of
consumers (Hosni et al., 2017).

| Abstract | : |
In the article, innovative aspects of the strategic development of
agricultural enterprises in the context of transformational changes in the
business environment are investigated. It is substantiated that the
activities of agricultural business enterprises are influenced by factors of
the external and internal environment, which are a limitation on the
realization of internal potential. The key areas of innovative
development of agricultural enterprises are identified, taking into
account the security and economic instability of the environment of their
operation. The methodology for calculating the financial and innovative
indicators of the activities of agricultural enterprises is proposed, which
we propose to implement based on the comprehensive approach to
assessing capital investments, operational efficiency and the results of
implementing digital and technological solutions in the period of
transformational changes and military challenges. The comparative
analysis of the effectiveness of the innovative strategies of well-known
agricultural companies Kernel, Nibulon and Myronivskyi Hliboproduct
(MHP) is carried out, their impact on financial results and export
activities is assessed, and conclusions are drawn that are relevant for a
wider range of agricultural enterprises in the context of instability and
transformational changes in the business environment. It was studied
that Kernel is distinguished by large-scale digitalization and innovative
management of logistics processes characterizes precision agriculture,
Nibulon, and MHP demonstrates the comprehensive approach with the

| Name | : | Assessing Financial Sustainability of SHGs in Rajasthan: Reports of the Model Development and Its Instrument Testing |
| Author | : | Ambali Jain,Dr. Avantika Singh |
| Abstract | : |
Financial sustainability is a critical determinant of the long-term
viability and effectiveness of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), particularly in
developing economies such as India where SHGs play a central role in
financial inclusion and women's empowerment. Despite extensive
research on SHG performance, limited attention has been paid to the
systematic development of financial sustainability models and the
rigorous validation of measurement instruments. Addressing this gap,
the present study aims to develop a comprehensive financial
sustainability model for SHGs and to examine the reliability and validity
of the instrument derived from the proposed model. The study adopts a
structured model development approach grounded in an extensive
review of theoretical and empirical literature. Key determinants of
financial sustainability were identified and grouped into six latent
constructs: external credit linkages, financial governance and
transparency, savings and internal lending efficiency, loan portfolio
quality and repayment capacity, strategic planning, and financial
sustainability. A pilot study was conducted using data collected from 80
women-dominated SHGs operating in selected clusters of Ajmer
district, Rajasthan. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling
(PLS-SEM) was utilized to evaluate the measurement characteristics of
the instrument. The outcomes of instrument testing demonstrate
acceptable levels of indicator reliability, internal consistency reliability,
convergent validity, and discriminant validity after the removal of four
indicators with low outer loadings. The validated instrument
demonstrates strong psychometric properties and provides empirical
support for the proposed financial sustainability model. The study
contributes methodologically by offering a transparent and replicable
framework for model and instrument development in SHG research.
The findings offer significant insights for institutions supporting SHGs,
policymakers, and financial agencies aiming to enhance the financial
sustainability of SHGs.

| Author | : | Minnie HM Hsieh,Kuan-Hung Chen,Chich-Jen Shieh |
| Abstract | : |
This study examines how well Mature-aged individuals fare when
they return to the workforce or launch a new business later in life. Using
a multi-stage efficiency framework that blends technical efficiency,
scale efficiency, and productivity-change metrics, we compare regional
performance. The results show that New Taipei City and Yunlin County
lead the pack in resource allocation and policy execution, while
Pingtung and Hualien Counties still have ample room to grow. Deeper
analysis points to three factors that drive success: well-targeted policies,
solid infrastructure, and broad social recognition of the value seniors
bring. Based on these insights, we recommend tailored skill-building
programs, age-friendly workplace initiatives, robust digital-literacy
training, and stronger public-private partnerships. Together, these
measures can create a more welcoming labor environment, helping
Mature-aged individuals maximize their economic contributions and
social impact. The findings offer concrete guidance for policymakers
and practitioners and highlight the need for multi-layered interventions
to boost seniors' competitiveness and influence in today's job market.
