| Author | : | Hong Chin Hsiao,Yung-Ching Chou |
| Abstract | : |
In light of the global trend toward digital transformation, this study
explores the integration of artificial intelligence into public policy and
management education. It aims to evaluate the effects of AI technology
on students' data analysis proficiency and risk forecasting capabilities,
while also offering practical recommendations. With the rapid
development of emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,
big data, cloud computing, andAI traditional teaching methods in public
policy and management are increasingly inadequate in today's
competitive and unpredictable market. This research introduces AI
applications into the curriculum to enhance students' decision-making
support and risk identification skills, thereby better aligning academic
instruction with real-world industry demands. A survey was conducted
with 216 students from the Department of public policy and
management over a 16-week period (totaling 48 class sessions). The
results demonstrated high internal consistency across all measured
constructs, confirming the reliability and validity of the tools used.
Moreover, correlation analysis revealed a significant positive
relationship among AI application, analytical ability, and risk
forecasting, supporting the idea that technological integration helps
develop skills that improve risk assessment outcomes. Both structural
equation modeling and nested model analyses confirmed that the overall
theoretical model provided a good fit, effectively explaining the
connection between enhanced learning outcomes and improved
decision-making in the AI-based instructional experiment. In summary,
the findings validate that the use of artificial intelligence can
significantly boost students' analytical and risk prediction skills. This
research offers robust empirical support for innovating public policy and
management teaching methods. Moving forward, schools can use these
insights to further refine curriculum design, promote instructor training
and cross-department collaboration, and strengthen partnerships

| Name | : | Development and Validation of a Hybrid Work Culture Scale for Sustainable Organisations |
| Author | : | M. Sri Lakshmi Harshini,Dr K. Hema Divya,Dr MD S Rahaman |
| Abstract | : |
Given the rise of the hybrid work culture in the post-pandemic world,
various considerations must be made regarding the well-being and
sustainability of the workforce. However, there is a lack of a
comprehensive and standardised framework to measure hybrid work
culture. This research aims to develop and validate a scale to measure the
various aspects of the existing hybrid work culture.
A questionnaire was distributed to 300 employees who work in a hybrid
work culture using a five-point Likert scale to assess their opinions. The
reliability of the collected data was good across all scales used to assess
aspects of work culture. An exploratory factor analysis of the data
collected demonstrated that the data fit into four factors with a KMO
value of 0.782 and a p-value that was less than 0.001 for Bartlett's test for
homogeneity of covariance matrices. Furthermore, the confirmatory factor
analysis using the DWLS estimator also demonstrated excellent model fit
with a chi-square value of 219.354 and a p-value of 0.612, a comparative fit
index valueof 1.000, and aTucker-Lewis Index valueof 1.005.
These findings indicate that the hybrid work culture can be represented
as a multidimensional model encompassing various aspects of such a
work culture. The work presented also adds to the existing literature on
the topic and gives recommendations to the organisations that
implement such work cultures to improve their sustainability goals.

| Name | : | Assessing Bank Digital Maturity in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: A Review of Models |
| Author | : | Tarkhanova Elena Aleksandrovna,Tarkhanova Aleksandra Vladimirovna,Pelkova Svetlana Vladimirovna,Samopalnikova Julia Nikolaevna,Koltsova Tatiana Aleksandrovna |
| Abstract | : |
The article presents a critical analysis of contemporary models for
assessing the digital maturity of banks in the age of artificial
intelligence, substantiating the need for their adaptation to a
dynamically transforming financial environment. Key international
models and local approaches are examined, including the regulatory
requirements of the Bank of Russia and the SDI360 methodology, with a
focus on their advantages and limitations in the context of the Russian
banking sector. Particular attention is paid to the impact of breakthrough
technologies—artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud
computing—on the optimization of customer experience and internal
business processes. The authors propose an Adaptive Model of Bank
Digital Maturity (AMDMB), which integrates six dimensions (strategy,
technologies, customer experience, data, culture, and risks) and a
flexible system of weighting coefficients for the precise diagnosis of the
state of the digital ecosystem. The empirical analysis identifies the main
barriers to digital transformation, including cyber risks, demographic
disproportions, and resistance to change among personnel. The results of
the study highlight the critical importance of a systemic approach to
assessing digital maturity as a foundation for strategic management and
the competitiveness of banks in the digital economy. The theoretical
significance of the study lies in expanding the understanding of
mechanisms for assessing digital banking, while its practical value is
associated with the possibility of applying the proposed model for the
systematic monitoring and optimization of digital transformation
processes in credit institutions. The article is intended for specialists in
financial management, IT architecture, and regulatory policy, as well as
researchers engaged in the study of banking digitalization.

| Name | : | The Impact of Digital Transformation on Supply Chain Resilience: An Empirical Analysis of Manufacturing Firms in Emerging Markets |
| Author | : | Nasiba Eshkulova,Ulugbek Mekhmonaliyev,Erkin Muydinov,Dilnoza Tulyaganova,Dilfuza Turdieva |
| Abstract | : |
Digital transformation, as a new concept, has the potential to redefine the
competitive capabilities of firms. This study focuses on manufacturing
firms in Uzbekistan, with the aim of investigating the impact of this
transformation on supply chain resilience in the specific context of an
emerging economy. The research method was a survey and the statistical
population included managers and senior experts of medium and large
manufacturing firms in various industries in the country. Data were
collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using
correlation and regression methods. The empirical findings confirm the
positive and strong relationship between digital transformation maturity
and supply chain resilience. Regression analysis showed that the digital
transformation variable alone explains 46.5% of the variance in
resilience. Among the three dimensions of transformation, “data-driven
culture” had the highest contribution to predicting resilience with a beta
coefficient of 0.398. There was also a significant gap in the adoption rate
of more advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (9 %) and
the Internet of Things (22 %) compared to basic technologies such as
enterprise resource planning systems (45 %). This study shows that
digital transformation, especially through institutionalizing a culture of
data-driven decision-making, is an important strategic investment for
strengthening operational resilience in Uzbek manufacturing
enterprises. Therefore, managers should prioritize digital
transformation as a critical component that simultaneously encompasses
technology, process, and people.

| Name | : | An Assessment of Marketing Strategies and Digital Adoption Among Kudumbashree Self-Help Group Micro-Enterprises |
| Author | : | Anjil Kumar R,Dr. K. Sreenivasa Murthy |
| Abstract | : |
This article dives into the real-world marketing struggles
Kudumbashree's women-led micro-enterprises face in Kerala. These
businesses sit at the crossroads of old-school methods and new digital
hopes — but honestly, most are still leaning hard on what they know
best: word-of-mouth, local festivals, and neighborhood sales. Digital
marketing is mostly an afterthought, and when it does show up, it's
hesitant and patchy. Talking to 50 Kudumbashree businesses in Kollam
shows what's really happening. The classic ways still dominate. Nearly
everyone relies on personal networks. Taking the business online is
slow, mostly because most of these women don't feel comfortable with
social media or don't have extra cash to hire help. Simple problems, like
basic packaging and blurry branding, keep these businesses stuck. They
just aren't reaching big enough markets to grow faster. Government
efforts that make a real difference think hands-on digital training, microloans that are easy to get, and better market links. If these women are
given right support, and Kudumbashree could drive real economic
change for women all across Kerala.

| Abstract | : |
In the article, the features of the use of innovative and intellectual
strategies in adaptive management of the enterprise development are
studied. It is substantiated that the decline in intellectual and innovative
potential was negatively affected by military operations in the country
and the consequences of the pandemic. It was established that
enterprises independently choose the type of strategic support based on
their own resource capabilities and the influence of the external
environment. It is established that when assessing the external
environment, it is advisable to take into account not only risks and
threats, but also opportunities for business. The structure of innovation
and investment resources of the joint-stock company “Farmak”, internal
sources of financing for the development of the enterprise and their
correlation with the scale of innovative activity are analyzed. Based on a
study of various types of strategies, it was determined which are the most
appropriate strategic guidelines that Ukrainian enterprises should use
during the post-war reconstruction of the state to form competitive

Introduction
"Long-term survival and substantial success of technological firms rely
on the continued use of the new technology, rather than the first
adoption." (Son & Han, 2011)
Today, the world is experiencing rapid technological advancement, most
prominently through the evolution of voice technology or Voice-Based
Artificial Intelligence (Voice AI). Voice AI powered by machine
learning and natural language processing gives a hands-free interface to
users interacting with computers in their routine lives (McLean & OseiFrimpong, 2019). From the inception of computers, it has been the
science fiction dream to interact with computers (Hoy, 2018); the
evolution of Voice AI made it realistic in real life. According to a report
by Demandsage (2025), around 8.4 billion Voice AI devices are used
globally (roughly equal to the world population), which indicates the
growing importance and adoption of Voice AI by users. The journey
does not end here after adopting and using voice AI- it evolves. This
evolution is known as post-adoption behavior (Saga & Zmud, 1994).
